Cancellation & No Show Policy
To ensure the highest level of service and accommodation for all of our clients, the Pittsburgh Glam Team has implemented a cancellation policy that requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations of scheduled services. This allows us to manage our schedules effectively and offer available appointments to other clients.
Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any late cancellation fees. Clients who cancel with less than 24 hours' notice will be required to pay 50% of the services reserved before they can continue booking services with the Pittsburgh Glam Team.
Additionally, please note that there is a no-show fee equivalent to 100% of the reserved services for any missed appointments without prior notice.
